As two regular mums who happen to be best friends, we understand the importance of taking care of our mental, physical, and emotional needs. We have explored various areas of wellbeing and found them to be incredibly beneficial in our daily lives. STAFF CORPORATE WELLNESS

We understand how important it is to prioritize wellbeing in the workplace. That's why we offer customized corporate events that help your staff de-stress, increase productivity, and create deeper connections. Our yoga and breathwork sessions are designed to suit all levels of experience. 

Example Itinerary

2 hour event Part 1- Yoga/mobility movement. This yoga session will be modified to your working conditions. Showing you techniques and stretches that will be applicable to your everyday working environment.  - tea/coffee & cake break   Part 2- Breathwork session. This session is set to music and using a conscious connected breathing technique. It's a deep dive into the body, taking you away from the monkey mind using the breath as your guide. Feelings of relaxation, balance, emotional reflection and sometimes release are just a few of the many benefits.

TEACHER WELLNESS

Teaching can be a challenging profession, which is why we offer Teacher Wellness events designed to support and enhance the well-being of educators. Our events provide a variety of mindfulness practices and wellness tools to help teachers manage stress, increase productivity, and improve overall well-being.

Example Itinerary

2 hours event Part 1 - Immunity based Nutrition in the workplace talk with resident Nutritionist & Health Coach. Information of which foods serve you best when boosting immunity. Vitamin and Supplement advice with Q&A. - Refreshment break  Part 2- Sound Journey - the sound bath involves a gentle and relaxing flow of sounds that are pleasant, nourishing and supportive of a healthy state of being. It has been described as a journey where the sounds wash over you like a wave. When you are in a relaxed state of being, healing and transformation can occur with ease.

COLD WATER THERAPY WORKSHOP

A cold water therapy workshop teaches individuals to safely expose themselves to cold water for health benefits and a presentation on the science behind breath training and how it can be used for meditation and relaxation. 

Example Itinerary

3 hour event Part 1 - A presentation of the science and practical application of breath training. How we can optimise our breathing to improve focus, increase energy, harness stress whilst dampening anxiety. Anthony will also cover the long term implications of dysfunctional breathing patterns and its effects on physical/mental performance and overall wellbeing Part 2 - The second part of the workshop will be a practical session, introducing breathing protocols and light movement so you become equipped with tools and understand how we can use our breath to shift our physical state for the required outcome. You will also be guided into a deep state of relaxation through meditation - Quick break / Change into Swimwear Part 3 -To finish off you will then head into the ice bath!! Beforehand you will speak about how to use cold exposure safely and practically. Also, how it is a mental challenge as much as it is a physical one! To finish - Reflection with tea / coffee and a warming Lentil Dahl
